Veritas House Youth Refuge
Service Description
A 24 hour crisis service providing short term emergency accommodation for young people aged 12-18 years of age who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or vulnerable. Offers case management, 24 hour support in a safe environment, family mediation, referral to housing, crisis intervention, assessment and referral to other services. It includes permanent support or foster care.
