Service Description
Provides three months crisis accommodation in a refuge, for young people aged 16-25 years. Assistance for young people and young families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and dealing with complex issues. Support includes early intervention and prevention, transitional housing, and post-crisis support and case management. Assistance also available for mental health issues, substance abuse, education, family breakdown, and employment.
