Provides services for residents of the local community. It includes arts and cultural services, children's and childcare services, libraries, Meals on Wheels, community centres and leisure and aquatic centres. Council also provides community development programs and initiatives for people with disability, young people, seniors, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, LGBTIQ+ community, children and families and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities.
