A community organisation that provides support services to frail, aged and people with disability, so that they may stay in their own home. Provides services to the older Jewish community, including case management, home support services, community outreach, Kosher Meals on Wheels, drop in centre, transportation, referrals to other services, and welfare assistance. Services for people 20 years and older.
