LGBTQI+ Domestic Violence Legal Service

Service Description

Provides men and women who are experiencing domestic violence in a Same Sex relationship, with support, advocacy, referrals and information. It assists clients to access legal representation and to apply for Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVO), or Apprehended Personal Violence Orders (APVO). There is also court support and assistance for Transgender and Transsexual people, and Intersex people. Drop in Service at Downing Centre Court on Wednesday Mornings.
