Service Description

A community based organisation offering Early Intervention Services and support for families with children between 0-18 years of age. Also supports families and carers with children who experience learning difficulties or challenging behaviours. Provides home visiting, advocacy, consulting, assessment, parent groups, and case management. The Early Intervention and Prevention Program supports families with vulnerable children and who fall below the threshold for statutory intervention. There are two groups- children 0-12 years, and young people 12-18 years.
