Service Description
A general health practice that provides medical services to people of all ages. It includes hearing, women's health, immunisations, diabetes, health assessments, asthma, chronic illness care, workers compensation health. Home visits are available to people unable to attend the clinic, including to hospitals aged care facilities. There is a visiting psychologist for counselling. Doctors are able to provide Mental Health Care Plans.
