Gateway Health
Service Description
Gateway Health provides community health and wellbeing services to individuals, families and communities across North East Victoria and parts of Southern New South Wales. Services are provided across the life span - from before birth, through childhood, adulthood and older age. We deliver services from Gateway Health facilities in Wodonga, Wangaratta, Myrtleford and Benalla, and through outreach to rural communities across the region. Service delivery also includes the use of telehealth and outreach.
