Service Description

Services provided for People with a disability (9-64 years) and who are generally not accessing specialist disability services, Carers and families of people with a disability and the community. People wanting assistance to accessing community and mainstream services, knowledge, resources and opportunities in their communities. Linkers work closely with people with disability, their families and carers to support them to fulfil their goals, hopes and dreams. Whatever your goal is to participant in sport, education, volunteering, or other activities, you will remain at the centre of decision making about how you want to lead your life as Linkers have a strong knowledge of mainstream and community based supports and services based in your community. No diagnosis is required to be on the program.
