Headstart Acquired Brain Injury Services
Service Description
Provides community based specialist services for people with an Acquired Brain Injury. Services include attendant care, home support, life skills support, leisure and recreational activities, family support, case management, information and education. Works to support individuals to lead independent and meaningful lives. Services available to people aged over 15 years who have sustained an ABI through trauma, accident, disease, or illness.
