Service Description
The main access point for mental health services. Provides advice and information in a mental health emergency or crisis situation. The phone line is staffed by mental health clinicians and will assess and refer to acute response teams where appropriate. Also operates the Rural and Remote Distance Consultation and Emergency Triage and Liaison Service. There is a telepsychiatry service for rural and remote.
