Service Description
A transitional accommodation service for young people aged 16-25 years of age who are homeless or in unstable accommodation. It is a semi-supported environment that assists young people to develop skills for independent living. Support services include case management, advocacy, referrals to other services, financial support and budgeting, education and employment support, and developing living skills.
