Service Description

Goulburn CareSouth service, provides foster care services for children 0-18 years. Key services provided by CareSouth include: Foster & Kinship Care: Support for children and young people aged 0-18, including guardianship and adoption pathways. NDIS & Disability Services: Registered provider offering supported independent living, early intervention, community participation, and specialist support for complex needs. Family Preservation & Support: Programs like SafeCare for families in crisis, helping to manage challenges like mental health, domestic violence, and drug/alcohol issues. Youth Services: Support for young people aged 16-24, including crisis accommodation, help for those at risk of homelessness, and residential care for those with complex needs. Community & Clinical Services: Mentoring through the "Aunties & Uncles" program, community hub activities, and Health Hubs providing access to doctors, nurses, and specialists.
