Toukley Neighbourhood Centre

Service Description

A community organisation, managed by a volunteer Board of Management who operate 2 Social Enterprises in the community, Lakes Food Care and Toukley Neighbourhood Centre Op Shop. The organisation is also funded by NSW Dept. of Communities and Justice to operate a community centre which provides information, referral, support, community education, volunteering opportunities and community connection. The community support includes many partnerships, local outreach, programs, activities, events and food or material assistance including Emergency relief and EAPA appointments. We are also funded by DSS and Dept. of Fair Trading to provide a No Interest Loan Scheme and the Dept. of Health funds our Community Visitors Scheme program.
