Service Description
Operates two Community Hubs, one at Albion Park rail, Ash Avenue and another at Albion Park Community Centre, Russell Street. Services and programs include access to information, including health and welfare, legal, financial and employment advice; promotes a safe and welcoming environment for socially and economically isolated people in our community. Offers resources, support, information, referral services, meeting spaces and activities and events; social and support groups including Women's Group, Garden Group, Patchwork Quilting, Gentle exercise class, Line Daning, Mind Body and Soul Pilates, after school activities for young people 8 - 14 years, Breakfast program for school aged young people, food assistance; EAPA and Sydney Water Payment Assistance programs, JP services; AA, ALANON, Overeaters Anonymous
