Service Description

WIRE provides free support, information and referral to Victorian women and gender diverse people on any issue they are facing. WIRE provides support through a telephone support line, by email, zoom and web chat, as well as face-to-face in a Walk-In Centre in Melbourne CBD. It also delivers a range of ongoing programs and services including separation and settlement sessions, mediation workshops, financial capability workshops, employment workshops, financial guidance and legal clinics. WIRE undertakes projects and provides tailored education and resources to individuals, organisations and the community to build capacity and counter gender bias, discrimination and gender-based violence.
