Service Description

Provides a range of direct support services to elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged members of the Spanish speaking community. Assists clients to access benevolent, social and recreational support, while assisting with inclusion in the wider community. The services provided include Community Visitor Scheme- one on one home visiting for older people and those at risk of isolation, Adult Literacy, Migrant Support, Social Support, and Wellbeing Program.
