Mental Health Carers - ARAFMI Illawarra

Service Description

ARFMI Illawarra is funded by the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District to provide support to family and carers of people experiencing mental health challenges. The service offers one-to-one and group support activities to mental health carers residing in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. Support groups and education sessions are usually conducted in-person at the ARAFMI Illawarra office. One-to-one support offered includes counselling, coaching, information, advice, advocacy, and referrals and is provided face-to-face, by phone or online.
