Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre (CDTCC)
Service Description
The Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre (CDTCC) is located on the Parklea Correctional Complex, around 40km north-west of Sydney. The CDTCC is operated by CSNSW and is separate to Parklea Correctional Centre. CDTCC houses participants who have been sentenced to a Compulsory Drug Treatment Order by the NSW Drug Court in Parramatta. The centre provides treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration for male participants who have repeatedly offended to support a severe drug dependence. Participants must be 18 years and over and been sentenced to imprisonment between 18 months and 6 years. Eligibility and suitability is subject to criteria as per Part 4A of the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999.
