Service Description
A community based service to support in recovery. The team includes Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work. Services provided include triage, crisis support and continuing care support with long and short term involvement. Provides up to date information and resources toward recovery, problem solving and improving relationships. Available to people who are 18-64 years of age.
