Reach Community Initiatives

Service Description

Reach Community Initiatives (RCI) provides assistance to individuals and families who are facing life challenges. Once a week per person/household, we can provide a fully stocked general food hamper for those who are unable to afford or buy food. If available, bread and fresh produce can also be distributed along with the standard hamper (please note: stock of bread and fresh produce varies each week and there is no guarantee of what we will have on offer - this is dependent on what local business have donated). Starting February, we also host a free monthly dinner for those in need at our same address (on the fourth Tuesday of each month) that starts at 6:30pm. Attendees can receive a homecooked hot meal and dessert, with the option to take a hamper home at the end. All are welcome and no registration or fees are required.
