Service Description
A service for adults with mental health concerns, as well as their families and carers. A trained healthcare professional does an initial assessement and then links the person with services, such as mental health care, drug and alcohol services, employment and training, housing assistance and access to GPs, Psychologists, Social Workers and other healthcare professionals. Available to people 18 years and older.
