Service Description

Catholic Care Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains provides a range of counselling services available for individuals, couples, families, children and young people, providing various specialist supports such as but not limited to, Family and Relationship Counselling, Family Law Counselling, and Grief and Loss Counselling. Providing services to clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship breakdowns, minor mental illness concerns and other general areas of support as required. We also run parenting groups throughout the year that may be of interest, including Circle of Security, Tuning into Kids, and Keeping Kids in Mind (for separating parents).We also facilitate parenting workshops, such as Keeping Kids In Mind, Circle of Security Parenting, Tuning Into Kids, Tuning Into Teens, and Tuning Into Kids (Dads). These services are provided in Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, Hawksbury, Blue Mountains, Lithgow, and are available over the phone and online.
