Services provided include; Housing and Support Initiative (HASI)- provides people who have mental health issues with support so they can maintain successful tenancies and participate in their communities. . NDIS -one to one support and groups , psychosocial support -community access, living skills and support to reach your goals Coordination of support (COS) Support and coordination to find the supports and services for your NDIS needs Commonwealth psychosocial Support program (CPS) one to one mentoring and support, assist to learn new skills and support to work towards your goals headspace services provided to people 12-25 years of age access to counselling, GP, sexual health clinic,AOD support and study ,employment support. Employment Services- assistance with skill seeking employment and developing skills for employment such as resume building.
