Transcultural Mental Health Carer Support Group Cabramatta - Vietnamese
Service Description
The Transcultural Mental Health Centres Carer Support Program has established and facilitated several language-specific carer support groups for families and carers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, who live with or care for a family member or friend with a mental health problem. Some of these mental health problems are severe depression, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and all childhood disorders. The Vietnamese carer support group meets monthly in Cabramatta. It offers information, support, and educational activities to carers. For further information, please contact Ms Hanh Tran or the CALD Carer Support Program Coordinator.
