Carer Gateway

Service Description

Carer Gateway is a support service for all carers who provide care to a family member or loved one with disability, a medical condition, mental illness or who is frail due to age. Carer Gateway provides supports and services which are available digitally and in-person. The Carer Gateway website (www.carergateway.gov.au) provides carers with access to practical information and resources including the national carer telephone counselling service, an online peer support forum and self-guided coaching and skills courses.
