Local Area Coordination (LAC) - Tweed Shire

Service Description

Provides services to people with disability The service is for people aged 7-64 years. Coordinators work with people with disability, their families and carers to help them plan for their future, build on their strengths and skills, and develop networks in their own communities so they are able to manage their lives outside of the traditional disability service system. Assists CALD and Indigenous Groups, and work with mainstream organisations and local communities to support them to be inclusive and welcoming.
