Service Description

Provides support to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and their family and friends. The programs focus on healing and living a full and satisfying life. The Taking The First Steps program, is a non residential group program that meets weekly for 18 weeks. It uses cognitive behaviour therapy and psycho education. Support is provided throughout the program with follow up calls and contact from staff. It is for women only.
