Acquired Brain Injury Service
Service Description
Provides a specialist support service which maximises the ability of individuals who have an acquired brain injury. It enables them to live in their own homes, participate to their fullest extent in their local community and be a respected valuable member of society. Support is tailored to suit clients individual needs on a one to one basis in their own homes and in the community. Provides Occupational Therapy, Limb Rehabilitation, Mobility Support. The service is for people aged 14-55 years of age.
