Inner West Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service

Service Description

Provides advice to both private and social housing tenants on their rights and responsibilities. Does not give advice to landlords. Advice given on issues such as; lockouts and evictions, terminations, rent arrears, going to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), Social Housing tenancies, Appealing decisions of Social Housing providers, repairs, rent increases, and locks and security. Will also send out written information and is able to help with sample documents and letters.
