Service Description

Assistance for people with disability, injury or a health condition, including mental health issues, to find employment and keep a job. Offers post placement support for six months after employment. Will help to develop a job plan for each individual that takes into consideration personal goals and finding suitable and achievable employment, provides assistance with training, resume and education for employers regarding workplace modifications and environment.
