Cool Kids Program

Service Description

A face to face structured skills-based program that teaches children, teenagers, and their parents how to better manage the childs anxiety. It involves the participation of both children and their parents, and focuses on teaching clear and practical skills. The program is for children 7-17 years old. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is used by therapists to assist with anxiety disorders.
