Service Description

A family medical practice that provides primary healthcare to individuals and families. Services provided include disease prevention and health promotion, Women's and Men's Health, Mental Health including medication management, counselling and referrals- Mental Health Care Plans can be provided, Immunisations, Travel Medicine, Child Health, Sports Medicine, Health Assessment for over 75 years of age, Sexual Health, and Occupational Medicine and Work Cover Consultation.
