A purpose built facility with a range of community health services, including chronic disease rehabilitation, Dietician, Community Nurse, Continence Clinic, Diabetes services, ACAT, Palliative Care, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Wound Clinic, Geriatrics. Dental services and drug and alcohol counselling also available.
