Service Description

A support service for young people and youth from 10-25 years of age who are at risk, to reach full potential. It promotes equal opportunity and anti discrimination through its programs. It includes mobile outreach for homeless and disengaged youth, assistance for young people who are homeless, case management and mentoring programs, and assistance with education, training and income stability.
