WayAhead Understanding Anxiety Support Groups (Head Office)
Service Description
Information and referral service for people experiencing Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorders, Phobias. There are support groups run throughout NSW for anxiety disorders and specifically for OCD. There is also the Small Steps program, an anxiety awareness seminar for teachers and parents in primary schools. A phone line operates Mon-Fri for information and referrals regarding anxiety disorders.

Contact Directly- Support groups are for people 18 years and over. Self Help Groups require a pre-assessment by phone. Please ring prior to attending a meeting.
