Local Area Coordination (LAC) - Campbelltown
Service Description
Supports people with disability aged 9-64, along their NDIS pathway in the Southwest Sydney and Sydney areas since 2020. SSI LAC also support people with disability who are not eligible for the NDIS to access mainstream and community supports and undertake community capacity building and inclusion activities.
