Southwest Connect
Service Description
Support for young people who are vulnerable to challenges, ensuring their have a strong foundation to build their futures. This is done by addressing social and wellbeing barriers, and obstacles impeding on education and employment outcomes. Many of the young people with this service are from low socio-economic, CALD, refugee and migrant backgrounds facing challenges of disengagement, generational unemployment and welfare dependency. There is a focus on health and wellbeing and developing skills for employment.
