Provides services to people with intellectual disability or mental health conditions. A range of supports are available to assist with choice and control in life decisions. Services include supported employment including Transition To Work, home support with short stay and transitional accommodation and aged care facilities, social activities, specialist support for personal care, therapeutic support, planning and management. A registered NDIS service provider.
