Northern Sydney Homelessness Early Intervention and Prevention

Service Description

Provides services for people who experience or are at risk of homelessness. It is available to young people, adults and families. It includes advocacy, case management, counselling and support, and support for adults with drug or alcohol problems. They assist with staying connected with family, education, and training. Programs are available for families with children 0-8 years of age, such as parenting programs, support and playgroups.
