Service Description
The peak body for tribunal services within NSW and ACT. They deal with a range of matters that include tenancy issues, building works, guardianship, licensing and complaints, mental health, and goods and services. There are four divisions within their jurisdiction, each dealing with separate matters. Hearings are held before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
