ACON Youth Project
Service Description
This program works with young people under 26 years of age from the LGBTI community to improve health and connect with other young people, by providing a range of programs, workshops, resources and events. There are two peer education youth projects: Fun & Esteem (for guys) and the Young Women's Project. Both are run by peer volunteers and focus on well being and support. The focus is on self esteem and HIV prevention. Projects are about sexuality and are gender-specific, all workshops and events are open to all LGBTI youth.
