Family Preservation Service - Mid North Coast
Service Description
The Family Preservation program provides early intervention for families and children from birth to 18 years of age, who are at risk of abuse or neglect, for up to 18 months. The Family Preservation program aims to improve outcomes for children, young people and families by ensuring they receive individually tailored, evidence-informed and culturally responsive services. These services support children and young people to thrive and feel safe at home which keeps families together.
