Families Together
Service Description
The Mid North Coast Families Together Service supports families with children and young people (0-18 years) to identify their strengths and needs, collaboratively working towards creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing home. Families Together is a voluntary program which aims to strengthen social connections and networks, and practical support. Through case management and long-term support, families are supported to develop their skills and resilience, allowing their children and young people to thrive.
