Weave Women & Children's Centre
Service Description
Weave Women & Children's Centre works alongside women with children in their care aged 0-12 years through the Community and Family Support program (CAFS) and women experiencing intimate partner violence through the Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) program, in the City of Sydney LGA. It includes wraparound, holistic, trauma-informed casework, ad hoc support for drop-in clients, and VS counselling.
