Sydney Homeless Early Intervention Service
Service Description
Provides full case management services to young people, men, women and families where tenancies or housing are at risk, working to prevent homelessness. The service is for people 16 years and older who are already in a tenancy situation and may be at risk or are struggling. Service applies to boarding houses, private tenancy, public housing. Appointments arranged to visit at home.
