Yfoundations
Service Description
Yfoundations is the NSW peak body representing young people who are at risk of and experiencing homelessness, and the services that directly support them. They are a membership-based organisation with a network of over 50 organisations across NSW. They work collaboratively with their members, other NGOs, government departments and community members to provide policy and structural advocacy, services for young people, health projects, and research and sector development. Not a referral service.
