Service Description

Provides support to young people aged 11-18 years of age, to address problems that impact their lives, and to help them get back on track. It includes crime, violence, destructive family relationships, rejection and isolation, learning difficulties, employment, and substance abuse. Mentors assists young people to prevent disconnecting from society, and with issues such as leaving school, imprisonment, homelessness and mental health.
