Service Description
Transitional housing for young people with live in mentors, shared kitchen and living areas. Strong emphasis on helping the young people who live there to develop the skills required to gain and maintain solid employment or work experience opportunities. Mentors are responsible for educating young people in cooking, cleaning, budget management, including paying bills, so that a tenancy is sustainable once they move onto private rental. Also support by case managers. For ages 16-21 years of age.
