NewAccess
Service Description
An early intervention program designed to provide an easily accessible, free and confidential mental health coaching program for people with mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression. NewAccess includes up to six free sessions including an initial assessment and aims to assist people who are not currently seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist and/or dealing with severe/complex presentations. You may be eligible for NewAccess if you live in an area that delivers the NewAccess program and you are the correct age for your region (some regions service 12+, 16+ or 18+).
