Service Description
Community health services provided to the local area. It includes Early Childhood Support, Sharps Disposal, Hearing, Physio, Dementia Carer Support, Outreach Antenatal Clinic, and groups such as Stroke Recovery, Spanish, Chinese and Italian Aged/Frail Self Help Group, and Needle Exchange. There are no direct mental health services, but offers the mental health residential support to monitor medication and case management.
